Each morning invites you to slow down and return to peace. As the sun rises over the island, you’ll move through gentle breathwork and movement to open the body’s energy pathways and quiet the mind. Then comes a vibrant spread of tropical fruits, herbal teas, and rich Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Morning therapies begin shortly after, helping to realign your body and spirit and lay the foundation for the rest of your day.

Midday is anchored by deeply restorative therapies, each one designed to ease tension, balance the nervous system, and awaken your body’s natural healing rhythm. Between sessions, you’ll lounge in the living room, rest on the balcony, or settle into quiet corners of the garden. Lunch is served with intention and designed to support digestion. Our shared spaces hold you with artistic and creative crafting activities during the day.
