The Retreat by Sabrina Aird – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all guests (“you” or “Guest”) who book and participate in The Retreat by Sabrina Aird, owned and operated by Sabrina Aird (“The Retreat,” “we,” or “us”). By securing your place at The Retreat, you are entering into a binding agreement and acknowledge that these Terms are designed to honor both your transformative experience and the integrity of The Retreat.

The Retreat by Sabrina Aird is a curated sanctuary for renewal and expansion. It is our commitment to provide an elevated, deeply nourishing experience; in turn, these Terms ensure that the expectations and responsibilities of both parties are clear and respected.

1. Bookings & Payments

All retreat bookings are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:

  • WooCommerce Payments (WooPay)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna

  • Affirm

Guests are solely responsible for complying with the terms of their selected payment provider, including repayment schedules, fees, and interest charges (if applicable). The Retreat by Sabrina Aird considers all payments final upon receipt and bears no responsibility for disputes, delays, or errors that may arise between the Guest and their payment provider.

2. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

To protect the intimate nature of this offering, all payments for The Retreat are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, without exception. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal illness or injury

  • Family emergencies or bereavement

  • Work obligations or scheduling conflicts

  • Travel disruptions such as airline delays, cancellations, or missed connections

Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another guest of your choosing, provided you notify The Retreat in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date and provide the full details of the substitute attendee.

This policy allows us to uphold the serene, focused environment our guests value and expect.

3. Retreat Dates, Weather Events & Rescheduling

We have thoughtfully chosen October retreat dates to minimize the likelihood of hurricanes or severe weather. In the rare event that a natural disaster, government-mandated closure, or other extraordinary circumstance in Jamaica makes it unsafe or impossible to host The Retreat as scheduled, The Retreat by Sabrina Aird reserves the right to reschedule.

  • Your booking will automatically transfer to the new retreat dates, which will be communicated promptly.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for rescheduled retreats under any circumstances.

  • Guests are responsible for adjusting their personal travel arrangements (including airfare). We strongly recommend purchasing flexible airfare or tickets that allow changes in the event of natural disasters or other disruptions.

The Retreat will proceed as scheduled if conditions permit. Guests unable to attend for any reason remain subject to the no-refund policy.

4. Guest Health, Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

By booking and attending The Retreat, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are solely responsible for determining your physical and mental fitness to participate in all retreat activities.

  • You have disclosed any allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other health concerns that may impact your participation.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • Use of essential oils, lotions, or other products applied during treatments.

  • Participation in wellness therapies such as acupuncture, reiki, massage, movement practices, and other services.

  • Environmental factors in Jamaica, including weather, terrain, and wildlife.

You voluntarily waive and release The Retreat by Sabrina Aird, Sabrina Aird, Happy Life Villas, and all associated affiliates, partners, and practitioners (whether American or Jamaican) from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action—whether arising from negligence or otherwise—that may result in injury, illness, allergic reactions, medical events, or death before, during, or after participation in the retreat.

Under no circumstances shall The Retreat or its affiliates be held liable. You waive any right to legal action, arbitration, or mediation and agree that no lawsuits or claims of any kind may be brought against The Retreat or its associates.

This agreement exists to ensure the safety and sanctity of all guests and the effortless flow of the retreat experience.

5. Photography, Videography & Testimonials

By attending The Retreat, you grant The Retreat by Sabrina Aird the irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual right to photograph, film, and record you during the retreat and to use such materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, publications, and advertising.

We honor your dignity and your privacy. No images or recordings will ever be used in a way intended to embarrass, demean, or misrepresent you. Should you wish to have any specific content removed, you may submit a written request; we will make reasonable efforts to comply.

6. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance upon booking. Coverage should include protection for:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies and evacuation

  • Weather-related travel delays

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage

Failure to secure adequate insurance is at your own risk. The Retreat is not responsible for any financial loss due to lack of coverage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, in matters of payment, booking, and refunds. On-site retreat activities in Jamaica remain subject to Jamaican laws.

By booking and attending The Retreat by Sabrina Aird, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement ensures that both you and The Retreat can enter this experience with clarity, trust, and the space to fully receive its transformative promise.
