Each morning begins with a gentle invitation to stretch, connect with the universe, and nourish your body, breaking your fast with elevated water and seasonal fruit. This is the kind of awakening your gut craves: unhurried, hydrating, and in tune with your digestion and microbiome.
From there, the flavors deepen.
You’ll enjoy daily upscaled porridges, chef-crafted takes on Jamaican classics, made with local produce from beloved farmers who rise early to deliver straight to our door. Herbs and spices are freshly harvested, and special ingredients are sourced from barefoot Rastas in the hills. Traditional Ayurvedic support for your gut health will also support this longevity-rich experience.
All meals reflect the island’s culinary soul, traditional Jamaican offerings that honor both the land and its culture. The menu is naturally 90% gluten-free without restriction or compromise.

The Retreat is rooted in vibrant, locally sourced, plant-based cuisine. For guests who wish, we will also offer the option of fresh-caught seafood, sourced directly from the fishermen of Whitehouse, Westmoreland.
But you’ll also learn how to eat indulgently, with awareness. You’ll be guided in how to prepare the body for heavier meals, and how to support digestion afterward, so nothing sits stagnant.
Dinner
Dinners are lighter than lunch, yet deeply satisfying, nutritionally dense without leaving you heavy or restless. Evenings are reserved for soft wind-down slow, not wild nights. And yes, we gather. Women come together in the living room to reflect, connect, and close the day in sisterhood.
